Object in different position in the frame
This exercised required you to take a series of photos and place the subject in different positions in the frame. The example given in the course
materials is a Vietnamese (?) farm worker working in a rice field, and the exercise explains it is important to try to find a large, even background. For the first set of pictures -geese in Stowe park - I was not able to do this, or to isolate just one subject! The second set is of three gardeners working on the vertical garden at Caixa Forum, in Madrid. Again I was not able to isolate just one subject, but I think this set works better, and illustrates the difference the framing makes.

First I cropped the image so that the women were in the centre. This left too much of the grey stone area in view, which is not very attractive.
The second version, where this grey area in the foreground has been reduced, works better. However, I think the other two images are better, as they show a lot more of the vertical garden, and show its sheer scale.
